EXPERIENCE IN U.A.E: Since June 2006 working as Automation and Control engineer in SAIF MIDDLE EAST DUBAI U.A.E. RESPONCIBILITIES: Basically our company is trading company and our company is dealer of SAUTER controls. My responsibility in this company is Testing & commissioning of control system. Testing, calibration, commissioning of Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Flow Sensors and Transmitters. . Preparation of termination diagrams for PLC system. To provide close technical support for customers across UAE. Provide customers with support during revamps, reapplications and upgrades. Full technical support for pre-commissioning and start up activities. Making sample wiring connections for control equipments like actuators temp and humidity sensors, thyristers etc. Programming for DDC and PLC in FBD and LADDER language. Arranging submittals and drawings for DDC panels, VFD panels chiller, Fahus, Ahus and Pumps-control panels. Attending customers complaints in during warranty and after warranty periods. Assists in creating installation drawings, submittal drawings, as-built drawings and generate engineering submittals & operation and maintenance manuals Assists BMS technicians as required with programming, electrical terminations, commissioning, graphic developments, test and startup Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantl maintain accurate status reports and project reviews EXPERIENCE IN PAKISTAN: Three year worked as Electrical Engineer and in BASE TECH AUTOMATION CAMPANY Base tech is basically Automation and Switchgear Company so my responsibility was there Arranging wiring diagrams for PLC and other relay control panels. Testing the panels before delivering to costumers. Attending costumers complaints or doing any modifications on sites. Programming and troubleshooting of PLC and its panels.
