The company is working in the field of manufacturing and sale the FMCG Reporting to the sales director I am managing group of 4 district managers- 2 unit managers and 6 sales supervisors with annual turn over 140 Million USD which means 51% of the total company business. I am responsible for: 1- Setting and achieving the sales targets for the KA segment. 2- Setting the KA budgets. 3- Recruiting the KA team. 4- Train the sales team from all trade channels (Managers, Supervisors and sales reps.). 5- PL analyses for the trade promotions. 6- Setting the trade offers and managing the bottom line. 7- Manage the trade marketing team. 8- 110% from the 3 months volume targets. 9- Finalized 09 sales objectives. 10- Finalized 09 in-store budgets and promo-calendars
