Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring the work to achieve the Targets in specified time. Monitoring and Updating of daily progress for controlling the project and Preparation of Management Information Reports. Identification and Preparation of Test Packages as per isometrics and P& ID. Compiling and Review of Test Package with related Quality documents. Monitor and supervise inspection engineer and inspection reports to ensure inspection activities are in compliance with applicable procedure and project specifications. Responsible for liaising and Coordinating Line checking, Quality, Execution and with Client for closing punch items or any discrepancy and ensure timely release of test package for testing. Coordinating Testing, Reinstatement and preparation for Pre-commissioning. Verification of isometric with P&ID and PDS (3D Plant design software) for correctness and coordinate with lead piping engineer for issue of revised drawings. Preparation, Monitoring and Constant coordination with clients for the Engineering clarifications (Technical Queries).
