* Operate understand DCS & PLC system * Successfully commissioned Amine (DEA) and up grading oil and gas plant. * Handle dehydration, amine gas sweetening plant, compression & brine water Treatment Plant through PLC & DCS system * DEA regeneration (stripper column, hot oil heater) * Gas dehydration through Glycol system * Heat exchangers * Oil & Gas Separation * Condensate / Crude Oil Heater Treater & Desalter Operation * Condensate Stabilization * Tank Farm (hydrocarbon Storage) * Water Injection and Disposal System * Reciprocating Gas Compression * Well Head Compression * Pigging operation * Chemical treatment injection and analysis * Oil, Water and gas metering and analysis * Power Generation (1.2 MW generators) * Centrifugal & Positive displacement Pumps. * Plant and Skid-wise shut down and their Logics * Read, understand and draw plant drawings( PID & PFD) * Fire Safety System & emergency drill system, Emergency Response Procedure * Reverse osmosis water treatment plant * Vapor compression distillation water plant (Aqua Plant)
