Current Employer : Dar Al-Handasah Consultants Job Title : Site Architect > Responsibilities : -Performs quality control and ensures that Architectural works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, approved shop drawings and specifications. -Inspects the works and issues site instructions as necessary. -Review contractor’s correspondence and submittals and issues replies within contract stipulations. -Participates in progress, technical and coordination meetings as required. -Reviews and comments on the As-built drawings. -Reviewing material, method statements, shop drawings and commenting. -Comparing submissions to the specification -Coordinating various architecture and engineering documentation and resolving conflicts. -Site supervision, approval of material submittals, checking working drawings, -Check that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies to the RE. -Prepare the list of defects -Monitor the startup, testing, commissioning and handover of the works. -Responding to RFI's and co-ordination.
