Professional Experience
Perform the corrective maintenance for internal combustion engines, Perform the corrective maintenance for electric circuits of AC/DC generators and electric motors ( 1-phase and 3-phase) Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps. Maintenance of centrifugal compressors, and reciprocating compressors. Maintenance of hydraulic circuits for heavy duty equipments Installations and start up of site plane such as rotating/ static (direct fire boiler, compressors, pumps, generators …etc) equipments Prepare the daily/weekly job schedules and guides the technicians to carry out the maintenance activities Develop technical procedures, provide guidance for maintenance technicians. Interact with workshops, vendors and OEM's regarding equipment failure data and QA/QC for both in-house and external repair facilities. Carry out the preventive maintenance for equipment in the site Prepare the list spares, tools and other material required for the maintenance works and issue the Purchase requisition/Material requisition and inspection of income. Carry out the chick list and inspection of equipment and develop the recommendations for them reported to managers Review and recommend mechanical initiatives for anticipating and preventing equipment failure to maintain availability and to avoid catastrophic breakdowns, thereby reducing overall cost for workforce and material. Coordinate with warehouse personnel and material control group to give technical advice on the verification of mechanical spare parts and stock levels to ensure material availability consistent with requirement. Review of history in COGZ– a computerized plant maintenance system, compliance and data analysis of the same. Involved in reliability centered maintenance
