• Telenor Pakistan (PVT) Limited Two & half months Internship In NOC-Core Department • Job responsibilities o Operation, maintenance, monitoring & Escalating Alarm on Siemens/Nokia platform and provides support to concerned departments. o Command on monitoring Alarms on R99 and R4 Terminals. o Good understanding of alarms (Cyclic, Trunk group, E1’s, Link set) and know how to rectify them. o Good understanding of Siemens HLR o Understand how to define Trunks for any BSC and MSC o Basic understanding of Routing (local and inter operator) o Good understanding of Siemens Event Manager (@coms) o Command on NetAc
