Senior Project Engineer, Egyptian Drilling Company (EDC), May 2007-present

• Coordinate various running projects, evaluate each project technically and economically and ensures the project phases are timely executed
• Coordinate available resources to meet requested specifications and criteria of each project
• Collect necessary engineering data, relevant drawings and technical information required to timely execute projects in a safe manner
• List the activities needed to reach projects’ targeted specification and time schedule
• Prepare proper project definitions, necessary scopes of work with corresponding detailed technical drawings.
• Prepare project time schedules
• Evaluate the sub-contractors required to execute each project, based on their previous experience, management system, facilities, cost and time schedule
• Prepare comparison sheets for different project items containing technical specs offered, price, time and place of delivery
• Review and monitor contractors’ internal procedures during the project execution
• Follow up on equipment deliveries & fabrication progress against the planned time schedule and ensure the materials are properly received, safely stored and issued for use
• Prepare for testing, acceptance and certification

MWD/LWD Field Engineer, Halliburton-Sperry Sun, Saudi Arabia, June2006-December2006

• Operated MWD/LWD tools providing Directional and Formation Evaluation services to our clients at well site
• Troubleshooted, tested and assembled MWD/LWD tools
• Obtained information from down hole tools and disseminated information to client on daily basis

• Troubleshooted, tested, and assembled electro-mechanical assemblies
