June 1998 till Date Employed as Operations Maintenance Technologist (Instrumentation and Control system) at EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait as direct hire.
June 1995 to May 1998 Employed as a Senior Instrument Technician at Petrochemical Industries Co. (PIC) Kuwait, through Integral Services Co (ISCO).
Nov 1992 to May 1995 Employed as an Instrument Technician at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGCL) at Bombay High Offshore through International Engineering and Marine Works India.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Total of 16 years experience in Instruments and Process Control systems at Oil & Gas,
Petrochemical complexes and offshore installations. Experience includes Maintenance,
Installations, Pre-Commissioning and Start up Activities of Industrial/ Process Control Instrumentation.
In Equate Working as Operations Maintenance Technologist (Instrumentation & Control System) for operating Polyethylene Plant, Ethylene Plant, Utility. Trouble shooting the breakdown and identifying the problem. If the problem is related to instrument and Control system, then fixing the problem and starting the plant again on the set target.
• Leading a team of contractor technicians to get the day to day maintenance activities streamlined.
• Performing Maintenance Activities with 100% Compliance in Health Safety & Environment Policies.
• Involved in Loop Checking Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up Activities of the Plant.
• Install new control instruments on existing plant equipment.
• Co-ordinate and Interface with various personnel of Process, Mechanical,Electrical,Packaging
And warehouse, Stores, laboratory, project services, Training, Contractors and Central
Maintenance to keep abreast their needs and problems.
I am very well versed with the process and Personal Safety (LOTO, Elevated work, Confined space entry, Electrical Safety, etc.)
I am an active member of ERT with extensive training on fire fighting, Rescue and Hazmat.
Ability to work in shifts and can handle the plant independently.
