4/08 to 12/08 Arabian Pipes Company Plant Manager Plant Manager for Large Diameter Pipe Mill in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for all aspects of running the mill. Coordinated the startup with limited manpower and support.
8/05 to 6/07 McLellan Consulting Project Manager Project Manager for Large Diameter Pipe Mill relocation project from Mexico to Saudi Arabia. Coordinate contractors for civil, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical. Created budget for the pipe mill, detailing refurbishment, spares, tooling,consumables, operations and new equipment. Negotiating contracts with contractors for client. Responsible writing monthly reports on progress and expenditures. Client failed to provide adequate management of facility and project so I assumed responsibility. Coordinated 250 workers of at least 10 nationalities to the successful commissioning of entire facility. ect.
8/02 to 6/05 Technical Industries Inc., Houston, Tx. General Manager and Manager of R&D Handled all aspects of scheduling and production. Improved efficiency more than 50% with same manpower. Developed five new technologies for pipe inspection and added them to companies product mix. Received patent for work on pipe inspection. Project manager for relocating facility. Handled new facility design and layout and managed contractors and employees to get project done on time and on budget. Speaker at Lunch and Learns for major oil companies. (ie. BP, Exxon Mobil,Shell, Chevron Texaco, etc )

Ensure that the companys current and future needs for electronic and control systems are met. Design and manage development of State of Art ultrasonic testing systems. Worked with high school students to build 4 robots for FIRST. FIRST has a competition every year. The students are given a kit of parts and a materials list and they have six weeks to put a robot together. Won National Championship in 2000. Team 232 Vintage crusher. Worked with my daughters elementary school and helped the students build a robot using Lego Robotics. My daughters team made it to the finals. The team won the best design and sportsmanship award. Built the robot called Probophobia for Robot Wars competition in London England. We had a 1 hour TV show battling 3 different robots. Built a robot called The Probe to compete in Battlebots. Made three competitions and made TV twice.
