Professional Experience
16th April 2009 to present, I am presently working in Co-Generating Plant 12.5 MW as Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor. I am responsible in supervising, planning and performing critical jobs of the newly built 12.5 MW co-generating renewable energy plant from substation protection and control, steam generation controls and turbine controls using state-of-the-art SCADA Allen Bradley Controllogix control system. I was also involved in commissioning the plant.
08th December 2008 to 15 April 2009, I worked in Paper Manufacturing Plant as Electrical and Instrumentation Consultant. Responsible for the supervision of Machine and Rewinder Drives and Controls (Reliance Electric to Allen Bradley) upgrade and assist Allen Bradley Engineers for the configuration, tuning, speed calibration of drives and contrologix 5000 PLC program editing.
06 September 2007 to 30 November 2008, I worked in offshore Saipem Eni company as Electronics Engineer . This Vessel/Barge that I thata worked with is doing the Offshore Pipe laying and Flat form construction/recovery for Oil and Gas drilling in different countries (Gulf of Mexico USA, Spain, Egypt). Responsible for the maintenance and project installation in the Barge.
19th of February 2007 to 30th August 2007, I worked in a Petrochemical Plant in Bataan, Philippines as an Instrument Engineer. This plant was under pre-commissioning and commissioning when I started to join this company. Leading the team for the function testing and calibration of all field instruments, Loop testing, PLC servicing, personnel daily work assignments planning and operation support.
17th March 2003 to 19th February 2007, I worked in a Paper Manufacturing Plant as Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor specializing in Variable Speed Drives (AC and DC Drives),PLC’s, Motor Control, and Quality Control System (Measurex Scanner) and also responsible for the maintenance and project installation in the plant.
