Brief Summery of inspection work carried out:
• Certification of various items (for example Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Static equipments, Pressure Piping (Plant/Offshore/Cross country), Welding Electrodes, Structural Weldments, Valves, Plates, Structural material, Pipes & Pipe Fittings, and all concerned raw material required in project etc.), at final or in-process inspection stages, manufactured against customer’s specification / rules & regulations / codes. • Review of project requirements & specification and implementation of QA/QC system for the same by approval of QAP and NDT procedures. • Co-ordination with other departments like planning, purchase, safety, and also with Client, Third Party, Contractors and Vendors on QA/QC issues of job. • Welding Inspection including NDT of all items stated above as per various International Codes, Standards and Specifications. • Inspection of Material and T.C. review. • Witnessing WPS/PQR and WPQ as per ASME Sec–IX or API-1104. • Dimensional Inspection of various types of Fit-ups, Sub- Assembly and Final Assembly. • Review Heat Treatment chart, Witness Pressure tests. • Painting Inspection. • Experience to work on various International Codes like ASME Sec VIII Div.1, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec IIA and IIC, ASME Sec V, ASME B 31.3, API-5L, API 1104 and applicable ASTM specifications.
