I have been working as a Customer Services Officer at PTCL call center Karachi, since July 2008 this gave me a good exposure of consumer dealing, further by being a part of PTCL staff I have developed good communication and interpersonal skills which are critical to success at any management position. I am able to give you a lot for your employer investment. I will prove my self as a valuable and cooperative coworker by being fair, honest, and by helping others when needed; effectively resolving conflicts at appropriate times.
I believe my skill sets qualify me to perform well at this position. I have done MBA. This has provided me with a blend of management as well as professional qualification which makes me qualified for this position.
