I have been working as a Customer Services Officer at PTCL call center Karachi, since July 2008 this gave me a good exposure of consumer dealing, further by being a part of PTCL staff I have developed good communication and interpersonal skills which are critical to success at any management position. I will prove my self as a valuable and cooperative coworker by being fair, honest, and by helping others when needed; effectively resolving conflicts at appropriate times.
