as catering manager my main focus was the set-up of a 5 week cycle menu, costing, recipies and production of meals to old age homes. the focus was an a healthy balanced dieet within certain budget percentages.

i worked in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years. i managed differant restaurants, was catering manager, food & beverage manager, events planner, ect. i have a sound knowledge on catering, food costing and preperations. i'm a natuaral leader thats able to hold my own in many spheres. apart from catering i was also involved in the accomodation sector as a housekeeper.
