I am currently a Customer Service Professional 3 this title represents the go to person for employees. If they are needing assistance before going to the supervisor or team leads they are to come to the CSP 3. Process orders for Direct Transport &industrial Accounts. Provide phone coverage for multiple inbound #800 lines, for the Transport & Industrial Accounts. Primary Contact for various customer accounts performing daily tasks that include, but are not limited to information consultant, order processing, distribution coordination, invoicing, troubleshooting, account resolution. Research customer inquiries and follow-up with findings. Work closely with Blending/Packaging Plants, Distributors, and Third Party vendors to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Generate and Monitor reports related to order processing, shipping and blocked status. Provide technical information regarding products, availability and promotions inquired by the customers. Work closely with various internal groups and sales force. Current skills which are a key to my success include: analytical, communication, customer relations, root cause analysis, interpersonal, problem solving,10 key, typing, Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP(System Applications Process), CRM. I have also assisted in the training of new employees.
