Professional Experience
I worked in Pilipino Internet from March 2000 to October 2003 as Network Operations Engineer. During that time, I handled works and responsibilities dealing in onsite troubleshooting, supported and attended to client’s basic network problems, as well as providing technical assistance to our clients with regards to Internet connectivity problems using both Windows and Linux Operating Systems
In October 2003, I joined Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. (ACS) as Information Security Administrator. ACS is one of the leading call centers in the Philippines that cater to both local and international clients. I handle matters involving, among others, Installation and administration of Firewall equipments including CheckPoint, Netscreen and Cisco PIX/ASA and managing implementation of security and control techniques and technologies as per business requirements
My engagement with these companies helped me in expanding and developing my technical and information skills and knowledge. As a result of these experiences and technical exposure, my skills, work ethics and discipline have advanced and progressed.
