• Mechanical Engineering background with more than14 years experience in all aspects of operations in a management capacity within the Engineering, Construction & Plant Maintenance industry. Good knowledge and diversified experience in supervision, inspection & QA/QC activities in the construction/maintenance fields of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemicals, and Fertilizer Projects. Independent Handling capacity of QA/QC/HSE/Inspection management functions.
• Specialized Knowledge and Experience in Metallurgy & Welding Inspection, Painting Inspection & Various NDT methods.
• Handled QHSE In charge, QA/QC Engineer, Welding inspector, QA/QC Co coordinator assignments in Fabrication shops, various Construction site (onshore/offshore), and Plant Shutdown maintenance activities.
• Experience in Supplier/Subcontractor/Vendor Pre-qualification, documentation review processes
• Depth experience in Preparation/Develop/Review of Project Quality plan, ITP, WPS, Method Statements and other Quality/NDT Procedures.
• Experienced in the Inspection of Fabrication, Welding and Erection of Piping/Pipe lines, Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Structure work and other Plant Static Equipments.
• Full working knowledge of various International codes & standards like ASME/API/BS/AWS etc.
• Well experienced in the Inspection of Surface preparation, painting/coating of various services Piping, Tanks, Equipments, and structures.
• Well conversant with Material inspection according to international codes and project specifications.
• Develop and Implement Internal and External Audits, Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 – QMS, and experience in Internal QMS Auditing.
• Experienced in Marine Industry of Ship Repair, Offshore activities.
