Company Industry: Manufacturing and Production Job Role/Department: Working as Production Engineer. Working under strict Quality control. Working according to international Codes and standards codes and standards such as ASME and API etc. Main jobs performed so far are: a. Production of Pressure Vessels up to a pressure of range of 100 bars. b. Production of tall Process Towers up to length of 75 feet. c. Production of steel structure being used in different environments. d. Have worked on all types of steel such as stainless steel, Mild & carbon steel of all the series and grades. Also worked on aluminum, hastalloys, coppers, brass etc. e. All the jobs performed so far have been completed under the strict quality control. f. Mainly produced vessels for the power production units. g. Preparation of Quality Documents such as Preparation of Activity Schedules, quality plans, NCRS & final acceptance documents etc. because I have also worked as quality Engineer in the same department. h. Have a good experience of procurement of small items being used in the field of fabrication.

Distinctions: Get the best thesis award in Master of Engineering. The research work was about the “Development of new fracture mechanics methods for the life assessment of pressurized components in petrochemical plants.” This work includes the in-operation data of plants pressurized components and evaluate that so that the remaining life could be obtained I order to evaluate the remaining life of that component.
