Professional Experience |
• Preparation of Techno-commercial bids for Refractories, Ceramic blanket rolls & Modules and also Insulation materials at various projects in Steel, Petro Chemical and Boiler Industries.
• Selection of materials for refractories, ceramic blanket modules and Z-blocks, insulation materials along with Harbison Walker-UK, Thorpe-USA, Corning-USA and other suppliers.
• Controlling of supplies for refractory, ceramic blanket modules and Z- Blocks, insulation materials at various project sites like Saudi Aramco, Sabic etc. and non Petro chemical industries.
• Providing of installation services with our own team or along with N.J. Jhonson-UK for various projects like primary and secondary reformers, fired heaters, waste heat and steam boilers, incinerators, acid tanks, chemical resistant linings, catalytic crackers, reactors, gas coolers, pipes, ducts, flare-tips, dry-out ovens, and various types of furnaces.
• Active participation and controlling for human safety at sites as per local and International standards.
• Inspection of refractories before and after consuming of materials at sites.
• Visual & boroscope inspection of all furnaces, kilns, heaters, boilers etc, based on requirement for installed refractory materials during operation.
• RBI inspection during turnaround period.
• Total planning and controlling of activities with higher responsibility at work sites.
• Preparation of technical reports on product performance, and preparations of consumption and commercial costing.
• Maintaining all documents as required for ISO.

Eductation |
• Bachelor of Ceramic Engineering from Indian Institute of Ceramics.
• Diploma in Management in Marketing.
