Professional Experience |
My background includes over nineteen (19) years experience, in all phases of the business, project, engineering, and construction management for Industrial and energy-related facilities and distribution systems, including there Civil structures. I am accomplished at working within integrated environments with multi-discipline and multi-cultural staffs to ISO and various standards, procedures, and specifications.
Being confident, energy, a team player and presently carrying out the following qualifications, certifications and experience;
• Supervising document inspectors for the review and compilation of quality control documentation in accordance with site specifications
• Verify all system turnover dossiers are complete and in accordance with project procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction, QC, Regulatory and Commissioning Authorities to ensure timely submission of outstanding documents and System Handover.
• Project Tracking & Submission of Data Analysis
• Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented and that strict official practices and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
• Establish and maintain proper communications and relations with the Client operation team and the contractors' personnel.
• Enhance the working relationships amongst the construction team members and with the Client team, by carrying out appropriate team building and information sessions during the course of the project.
• Familiar with tenders, cost estimation, contracts, material requirement for EPIC contracts.
• Familiar with Cost/Project Control Methods.
