The projects involve fabrication of ~25000 Metric Ton steel materials(8-10 platforms). The welding of steel ranges from ASTM SA 36 to API 5L X 65, and Duplex stainless steel. Electrical and instrumentation scope include installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Weighing, Load-out, Ballasting and Sea-fastening activities are part of the project scope. The work scopes include blasting and painting of carbon steel materials and VCI coating for Duplex stainless steel material.
