Work Experience Summary  Presently working as an Accounts Executive for Khimji Ramdas Co. in Building Materials Retail Division Muscat (June’ 08 to till date), reporting to Divisional Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring, supervising & approving all day to day accounting transactions. • Verifying, analyzing and interpreting accounting records for the Organization. • Closely monitoring and verifying Branch books on a weekly basis. • Reconciliation of customer & Vendors accounts and posting of adjustment entries as required • Process payments to Vendors as per agreed Credit terms. • Looking after Accounts Receivable • Preparation of the monthly Balance Sheet, P&L & Cash Flow. • Organizing and assigning day to day work schedule to the supporting staff • Liaising with Internal/External Auditors • Monthly reconciliations with banks & Intercompany branch accounts • Periodic reconciliation of Inventory and close co-ordination with Sales & Logistics • Key user in SAP implementation • Interact with customers ,operations ,sales team and branches to resolve problems  Worked with Zion Cybertech Pvt Ltd. Hyderabad for the period of 6months (Jan’09 to June’09) as a HR executive. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain candidates master data base • Recruiting the candidates as per procedures, arranging interviews for the shortlisted candidates. • Training the candidates as per the Organization’s requirements
