October 2007 – Jan 2009 EQUITY BANK RELATIONSHIP OFFICER A Technical Field officer (T.F.O) of Busia branch Roles Configuring users to the mail server using Ms Exchange 5.5 and exchange 2003 • FAB (Finacle at Branch) server administration. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of all I.T equipments and the Branch ATM's. (Wincor ATM's). • Training user on the use of current systems, new systems and bank I.T policy • Resolving the user's problem. • Installation and configuration of AVAYA and management of Avaya systems. • Ms 2003 server installation and configurations. • LAN set up and configurations. • Enforcing system security policy through regular Anti-virus installations and upgrades. Jan 2009-Date EQUITY BANK I.C.T SOLUTION CENTRE (HELPDESK)/I.C.T PROJECTS (Siebel C.R.M Analyst) • Offering the first line of support including systems, network and hardware to users in all Equity bank branches in Kenya, Uganda and Sudan. • Joined the I.C.T projects team whose roles are; - Appraisal of overseas software vendors - Studying the systems - Business requirements gathering - Mapping the business requirements into the new system - End user training of the new system - Roll out of the system across all branches in the Equity bank group.
