Currently job since 2003 Egyptian natural gas company (GASCO) [Cairo, Egypt] Pipeline engineer • Design of high & low pressure gas pipeline for national gas grid in Egypt: 1- determine the size of gas pipeline according to consumers loads. 2- Determine suitable route, area classification and wall thickness for gas pipeline. 3- Prepare material take off (M.T.O.). 4- Prepare material specification. 5- Prepare construction drawing ( P.F.D.,P&I.D., mechanical valve rooms , mechanical crossings ……). 6- Prepare construction specification. 7- Prepare fabrication drawings. • Technical study for gas pipeline material : To study technically bidder's offers for gas pipeline material ( pipes, valves , fittings, flanges, insulating joints ………) acc. to required specification and determine accepted and rejected bidders. Achieved projects in GASCO: - Taba \ Sharm Elsheikh gas pipeline of size 20" and length 220 km. - Bani Swaif \ El Minya gas pipeline of size 32" and length 150 km. - El Minya \ Assuit gas pipeline of size 32" and length 145 km. - Shokeir \ Hurghada gas pipeline of size 24" and length 170 km. - El Teena \ Port Foad gas pipeline of size 42" and length 45 km. - El Teena \ Abo Sultan gas pipeline of size 32" and length 55 km.
