Professional Experience
ľ Project department issue every project purchase order for the material ensures description of received materials with required drawing material description. ľ Co-ordinate with Q.C department to inspect the received materials ľ Provide tag for every material it contains project Details, purchase order number, equipment number. ľ Check all the material test certificate with as per drawing requirement ľ Issue the material tag number wise to the production department as per the production schedule ľ Maintain the traceability of all project received material with every drawing bill of material ľ Maintain the minimum stock level for the regular use materials ľ Co-ordinate with project and Q.C department to solve any material related problems ľ Co-ordinate with production department to avoid the production delay from the material. ľ After the completion of project, the available balance material with MTC put in stock register at the same time hand over to the store as project return material ľ Maintain the minimum level of stock to reduce the storage cost. ľ Maintain the documents control as per ISO standard
