(Hot Work Permit Cold Work Permit, Confined Space Entry Permit, Release of Hazardous Liquids or Gases Permits, Excavation and Trenching Isolation, Lockout, and Use of Hold Tags (including Blinding). • Prepared Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Safety Manuals & work instructions Chemical hazard Bulletins (CHB) for production operations for the unit and maintaining for facilitating decision making by the management. • Participated and Familiar in HAZOP, HAZIDs, ENVID, and Risk Assessment process. •Applied of hazard identification and risk assessment processes to facilities and implementation of appropriate control measures to reduce the risks. • Participated environmental assessments, participate in quarterly safety inspections.
