Promote established policy and objectives throughout the department to increase awareness, motivations and involvement. 1• Ensure focus on customer requirements throughout the department 2• Ensure that an effective and efficient Quality system is established, implemented and ensures department to achieve these objectives 3• Guide and direct the QA/QC department personnel to maintain the standards expected by the company and to continually seek to improve system and procedure. 4• Ensure that all the QA/QC department activities with the requirements of company quality procedure. 5• Maintain quality records in accordance with procedures and specified requirements. 6• Prepare project quality plan, quality system procedures, quality control plan, inspection and test planning accordance with applicable quality system standards and or contractual specification requirements. 7• Verify raw material certification and product certification 8. Attend clients meetings to exchange ideas on the matter of quality system procedures and other matters required for quality Assurance / Control.
