Professional Experience
Over 5 years experience in Site of power and process construction field. Experience includes study of P&ID, read isometric and GA drawings, material take-offs, planning of execution as far materials availability, verification. Previously worked as piping assistance engineer for BHEL and Hitachi plant technology (sepam) K.S.A. Also has extensive knowledge in ASME, ASTM, API and computer related occurrence. Proficient in the use of: AutoCAD, PDS (plant design system).
To monitor and assign works to site supervisors, supervise the work and extraction of work from the workers by motivating them. Responsible for fabrication of spools in both sites maintaining master data of the spools fabrication.
Execution of all site mechanical activities, coordination with designers & consultants, planning the site activities as per the overall project schedule, ensure in time delivery of materials and equipment, ensure quality of jobs done. Coordinates completion of construction activities in assigned systems and prepares punch lists to ensure the readiness of systems for release for turnover to the client or for start-up.
Eductation
• Graduated as B.E mechanical from Jayam College of engineering and technology, dharmapuri.during 2001 Sep – 2005 may from Anna University with 71%.
• Able to generate the isometrics for site fabrications. • Study P&ID and make pipe routings with consideration of all safety and access.
Certification
Able to operate the Intergraph PDS, AUTOCAD, CAESAR
