Managing with all related problems (RMRS, RRR certification of the new bought or rented vessels, annual survey, RoK related certifications and flag registration, third party certification, maintenance, procurement) for construction barges dedicated for pilling operations and construction in Kashagan Field, North Caspian Sea, Island D and for small vessels fleet (very shallow water) used for the Trenching project and Trunkline project in the same field. Conversion of rented barges as per Project requirements.
Site owner surveyor for 200t Crane Barge refurbishment total budget 6.5 mil Euro - (propulsion units added, navigation bridge, crane improvement, accommodation, ballast system, Fi-Fi system etc.).
