2. Now I am servicing as a Quality Controller (Q.C) at City Group of Industries with City Salt Plant. Responsibility: 1) Iodine, NaCl, Ca, Mg, Moisture, Water Insoluble control for the Edible Salt (Free Flow) and Raw Salt according to BSCIC and BSTI standard. 2) To determine the Baumi, Ca, Mg, Insoluble, pH for the quality of Edible Salt. Duration: 05-11-2008 to till now.
3. I served as an Assistant Chemist (Designation) at Deshbandhu Sugar Mills Ltd. In this time I served as Lab. Chemist, Shift-in-Charge & Production Officer several times for Production Quality Control. Responsibility: Sugar Section: 1) Brix, Pol, Color, Moisture, Ash & Reducing Sugar analysis of Refined Sugar, Raw Sugar & Blended Sugar. 2) Brix, Pol, Purity, Colour & pH analysis of liquor. 3) Brix, Pol, Purity analysis of Massecuite & Molasses. 4) Preparation of all Lab Chemical reagents. 5) Lime Test
Power Plant & Water Treatment Plant: 1) To determine pH, Conductivity, T.D.S, Hardness, Phosphate, Chloride, Silica, P-Alkalinity, M-Alkalinity of Boiler feed water, Boiler drum salt, Superheated steam, Saturated steam & DM Mix bed water. 2) To determine Sugar contain in all kinds of boiler water. 3) Purity test of HCl, CaO, Duration: 01-08-2007 to 31-10-2008
