Full responsibility of Caterpillar engine 1,476 HP at 1,200 rpm and 600 VAC generators with 1,950 kVA at 60 Hz, 0.8 PF, 3-phase generator. Full handling of AC VFD System and Synchronism. Operate and maintenance Switchgear. Testing and maintenance transformers. Testing and maintenance LV/HV – DC/AC Motors (Cameron, Vector). Responsibility of maintenance for 1,600HP triplex pump. Full handling of Gas and Steam detection systems Communication(Computer Network, SCADA - HMI System, Page system, fiber optics communication system) Implement and Advise plan corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance, preparing shutdown planning, activities and reliability procedures. Maintenance as scheduled to ensure efficient and continuous performance. Coordinate and supervise preventative maintenance system relying on NEC ( National Electric Code). Keep accurate and timely records of maintenance. Maintain proper inventory of electrical spares. Actively promote and implement all company and operator safety policies, programs, and procedures work to create a culture of safety. Control the manifolds and the brushes of the motors and generators. Control air conditioning and refrigeration systems, control and replace or adjust the contacts of thermal expansion valves or of relays or switches. Repair circuits, electrical devices or electrical machines. Assist, coordinate and monitor the operators during rig transfer operations, supervising in particular the disassembly, loading, unloading and assembly of the electrical devices and equipment.
