Job Description -Picking up the right Part No from parts catalogue to use that No in Checking its availability and price on AS400 System & invoice it to the end user. -Achieving monthly sales target according to the stretched budget. -Making Parts quotations to the dealers & wholesalers & Fleets. -Reporting the lost of sales to The Inventory Manager daily. - Making stock replenishment daily form The Central Parts Distributor (Sell One Buy One Concept). -Sharing the responsibility with top management by suggestions & reports to increase parts sales.
2-Working at Daihatsu-Misr (ALJ International CO) as A Parts Logistics Specialist from (December 2008 Till now) Job Description -Tracking Sea & Air shipments by tracking each procedure to overcome any delay for keeping our promise time with our customers. -Responsible for reducing Orders lead time & (S/S) per lead time parameters to decrease MIP {Max Inventory Position} which reflect on the investment. -Handling the transportation cycles between Company's Branches & Dealers & outlets by setting (Standard Work Procedures) for each route. -Handling the Parts Home Delivery Project to insure providing a unique & high quality service to our customers. -Monitoring the performance of our supplier by monitoring the orders fill rates. - Responsible for increasing Parts G.D.I {Guest Delight Index}.
3-Working at Daihatsu-Misr (ALJ International CO) as A Parts branch supervisor from (January 2010 till now) Job Description -Responsible for achieving monthly sales target. -Responsible for increasing the CSI & GDI for the branch. -Responsible for making max supplying with min stock (by decreasing the stock month) -Responsible for create SWPs for all parts issues to ensure providing a high quality service. -Responsible for handling all parts requests. -Responsible for handling all workshop problems in a regular weekly meeting with Service Dept. - Responsible for making stock replenishment daily form The Central Parts Distributor (Sell One Buy One Concept) by using ICC Matrix. -Responsible for collecting workshop & retail lost of sales and send it daily to the inventory manager.
