Professional Experience
Twenty (20) years of professional experience in the Oil and Gas industries specializing in the field of Mechanical Engineering ranging from fabrication, construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of various Offshore and Onshore Oil and Gas Facilities. Design review, coordination and execution of the philosophy test and final handover of the facilities to operation /assets. Assist operations for the plant/platform start-up. Consolidate all commissioning documents i.e. check sheets test certificates, reports and as-built drawings. Provide commissioning report to concern departments on the problems encountered and recommendations to enhance quality and safety improvements.
Assigned as Supervising Engineer for the complete fabrication and pre-commissioning of the project to meet the quality of work, schedules, specifications, applicable engineering codes and standards. Prepares commissioning and Acceptance Criteria for the handover of the project. Project evaluation and cost analysis of all completed projects. Involved in preparation of bid-proposals, detail engineering, designing, and estimating of project execution. Prepare installation and project commissioning procedures of piping and mechanical equipments. Familiar with the application of Shell International, Esso and Petronas Engineering Standards, Design Practice, material standard specification codes such as PTS and MESC including international codes and standards such as API, ISO, ISA, NFPA, MSS etc.
