Additional Information
Current global recession which affects the global economy world wide.
One of the reason, I have researched thru my experience, each organisation
keeping their inventory, without scrutiny of justfication of Purchases, while order execution to the principles.

To avoid this, we have successful implemented as advised by NISSAN and amended parameters according to our country market, which prevent aged model/parts re-ordering.

If requirement arises, re-order this dead stock and keep back in running code with justification to Audit Dept (Reason of Imports).

Codified Name as PMC( Part Movement code) in numerical digits which can be identified easily, according to movement. This method may be used very few dealer. (One or Two Automotive dealers in ME and Gulf).

This analysis apart from standard fast moving codes set by Nissan/Dealer wise sales from the existing codes classified as A,B.C. or (Our own fixation of MIN-MAX Level)

Inventory Dept may allow some cases to keep in stock, since some part may be sudden demand/ shipment may delay due
where we have placed VOR Orders.

Conclusion: To Keep essential parts in inventory, must be checked /re-assured by manual checks before Order execution, even system generated reliable output.
