I have been working in maintenance as a young boy working in the family business and stayed with it till now. I have worked up the ladder as my first job was a helper then a welder then a fitter a mechanic in factories a electrician a foreman over maintenance a superintendent and now I am in the management position. I believe that I learned every aspect of maintenance and it gave me the knowledge to assure that I manage the work at hand in the best possible way
