Review and approve quality verification document, electrical circuit and loop folders,/ test packs, punch listing and closing out punch lists and as-built of electrical and instrumentation drawings. Offshore (platforms) and onshore experience in electrical designing through Management of Change and Tie-In Electrical Work Pack, Project estimating through CTR (Constraint Time Resource), Project Management, Scheduling and Planning, QA/QC, technical reporting, organize project execution planning and work procedure for construction, fabrication, commissioning, and closeout documentation. Experienced in offshore Electrical Hook Up Commissioning (HUC) in Mafumeira Norte new platform and existing KWIP platform - project of Chevron in Angola. Coordinate power studies by ETAP power study, SKM Power Tools software and Mott MacDonald protection studies on load shedding, system stability, volt drop, load flow, short-circuit and protection relay coordination settings. Perform cable sizing using wire guide (Oltek/Amtech cable master software) or by manual load analysis and basic computations. One year experience in Design & Manufacturing of MV/LV Switch Gear and Motor Control Centers (MCC) under Quality Management System through ISO 9000 certification. Six years experience in operations of Power Generation and protection, process electrical equipment preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown and turnaround. Eleven years experience on General Electrical Construction, Maintenance and Housing Projects (accounted for since high school). Operate Micro Station /Java & Auto CAD for electrical design and as-built drawings. TOSTR and CompleteIT for turnover system.
