Monitoring of procurement status and periodic updates for project material and inspection of materials on its receipt. Monitoring and Evaluation of project progress and coordination with the contractors regarding the issues of design engineering, procurements, installation, inspections, payments, punch lists, Material Reconciliation and other related matters.
