CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS COMPANY, Rabigh Olefin Plants Project, Jubail Chevron Phillips Project and Khafji Facilities Development Project in Saudi Arabia Project Engineer (Sep. 2006 – Actual) Supporting the General Construction Manager in carrying out day to day site activities and coordination of Mechanical installations in piping, steel structures and equipments at several Oil & Gas Projects in Saudi Arabia, covering fabrication, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Administration of and related matters and to ensure contractor compliance and customer specifications. Fully supporting the Project Management in all aspects concerning Mechanical matters including daily supervision on site, looking after the company interest towards Client/Suppliers/Subcontractors as well assuring correct application of the Contract clauses focused on contract specifications, quality assurance and timely completion of the contract schedules.
TECNICAS REUNIDAS, Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela Regional Manager (Sep. 2005 – Sep 2006) Ensure that all the costing, pricing, budgeting, scheduling, mobilization, in-field execution, analysis, invoicing, collection, and post-operation support is done properly and efficiently in any Construction/Service Contract. Coordinate with multiple service vendors to cover resources needs. Interface on a daily basis with HQ, Project Managers, site managers, and technicians on site to ensure all needs are being met.
GE ENERGY, Oil & Gas Division, Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela Account Manager (Aug. 1997 – Mar. 2005) Technical and Commercial support for Service Products as upgrades, repairs, maintenance activities, technical assistances, trainings, all related with GE Gas turbines (from 2 to 32.5 MW), Steam Turbines (reaction type up to 100MW, action type up to 40 MW), Centrifugal Compressors (up to 700 bar) and Reciprocating Compressors (up to 700 kW of power), Pumps, Valves, Control Systems (Mark V Speedtronic HMI and I2 and Suvimac) and Pipeline Services. Coordinate activities for Service Contracts between OEMs, EPCs and local contractors. Plan, communicate, schedule and monitor events and equipment to meet the requirement of the service contracts with respect to cost, timeline, quality, environmental safety and legal aspects.
