Main responsibilities:
- Identify , and resolve the technical problems. - Study validates and implements new software releases. - Do the acceptance of new equipment and service, before their commercial delivery. - prepare and implement BTS swap, assuring the coherence of data. - Implement the extension if the existing network nodes. - Ensuring the on call process during non working hours. - Ensuring the compatibility of the spare parts in order to minimize the intervention duration on related hardware. - O&M of Ericsson AXE810 and APZ 212 33c and APG40. - O&M of Huawei's BSC's and BTS's (BSC6000 and BTS3012). - Creating and configuring BTS's in BSC's by using LMT in Huawei, and by using OSS applications (CNA, BSM, OPS,…) or WinFiol in Ericsson. - Performing work orders and change request demanded from Radio planning Dept. and create their Data Transcript, or performing them by using the appropriate application. - Integrating of BSC with TRC, MGW, MSC and SGSN. - Maintaining BSC's and BTS's by using their soft applications. - BSC/TRC's Software Upgrade. - Operation and maintenance for sites.
