• Participation in the preparation of five and three years Strategic business plans.
• Participation in Strategic alliance formations with market leaders of specialized domains to get maximum advantage.
• Legal matters, development of company policies according to Qatar labor Laws and tax management.
• Finalization of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, balance cost to complete.
• Decision making for capital expenditures, calculation of pay back and return on investments.
• Arrangement of banking limits i.e. Funded & Non funded facilities, lease arrangement/Equipment Financing.
• Negotiations with banks and insurance companies for facilities rates, placement of surplus funds, currency exchange rates.
• Finalization of Annual audit.
• Development of Financial reporting systems i.e. timely management reporting for decision making
• Provide support, service and advise on all financial matters to the Group management i.e. MIS and all other financial and non financial reports.
• Monitoring of Assets and Inventory count down at regular intervals.
• Effective Inventories management to identify slow moving items, high value items to ensure that unnecessary funds are not blocked in the inventories
• Work out, implement and review the procedures and work flow & flow charts of different activities.
• Hiring and training of finance staff.
