Since June 2008 Orion Engineering Services LLC, Doha-Qatar Recruiter My present job responsibilities are :- • Understanding the client requirements on manpower planning and need of candidates. • Researching the market regionally and globally for suitable candidates and contact sources to fill all level positions for our clients in Qatar / UAE / Saudi Arabia across a variety of industry sectors. • Review the resumes received on a day to day basis and incorporate them in ADAPT database for qualified candidates. • Coordinate recruitment campaigns, phone interviews and selection process. • Contact candidates to check their availability through e-mail, phone, business networking sites. • Interview the candidates to identify skills match, interest and suitability to our client requirements. • Writing up Initial Interview Forms for submission to our clients. • Conducting local and international sourcing of applicants. • Provide timely results to all the requirements received. • Interview job seekers and prepare shortlists of candidates for referral to the clients. • Understanding organization background and explaining the same to candidates to attract right skills to the organization.

Short listing & Sourcing of CV’s, checking availability of candidates, submitting cv’s to client, follow up with the client for feedback on submitted cv’s, arranging and coordinating interviews of candidates with the client - either telephonically or personally. b. Day-to-Day, weekly and monthly reports to Directors. c. Business Development by sending emails to new clients (sourced through news papers, internet etc).
