I am familiar with International Standard : ASME Sec IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, API 1104, AWS D.1.1, JIS and good understanding of Destructive / Non Destructive Examination such as : RT, PT, UT, MT, PWHT, Hardness Test, Positive Material Identification (PMI) etc.
|My educational background includes graduation from DIPLOMA 3 State Polytechnic of Syiah Kuala University, Lhokseumawe, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) 3.31.

Visual Test, Radiography Test, Penetrant test, Magnetic Particle Test, PWHT, Ultrasonic test, Hardness test, Positive Material Identification, etc.
Check installation of piping systems including pipe fitting, supports and instrumentations:
Pipeline, main steam piping, high pressure piping, low pressure piping, intermediate pressure piping, closed cooling water piping, lube oil piping, seal oil piping, seal air piping, control oil piping, fuel gas piping, fuel oil piping, instrument air piping, service air piping, water injection piping, portable water piping, H2 Piping, CO2 piping, fire fighting piping, purge air piping, etc.
Check pressure test : Hydrostatic test or Pneumatic test
Test packages, punch list, NDT status, check limitation, venting, blinds, valves, instrumentations, design pressure, test pressure, temperature, holding time.
