Professional Experience
1.Carry out, lead & supervise a group of Mechanic, Instrument,Electrician (specially) technician and contract staff for to do the preventive maintenace & trouble shooting jobs as works sure meet BP HSE standards and regulation.
2.Make sure the electrical system plant reliability and operability well by executing scheduled preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting. Electrical PM programs coverage are, Electrical motors and protections,grounding systems, cathodes protection system, fire alarm systems,variable speed motor drive.
3.Responsible to safely maintain and ensure the availability all of electrical equipments.
4.Responsible for overall electrical maintenance activities in the utility and processing train area.
5.Give direction in electrical maintenance work especially when Fault finding/problem solving.
6.Carry out and lead a group of electrical technician for to do preventive maintenance, installation, repair, trouble shooting, testing and inspection, isolation and restoration activities on a variety of electrical appliances such as : a. 11 KV (50 MVA), 3.3 KV (6.3 MVA – 12 MVA) , 415 VAC Switchgears. b. Medium and Low Voltage Electric motors (11 KV, 3.3 KV and 415 VAC). c. Rectifier, Battery Charger and UPS System. d. Switchgears/MCC 11 KV and 3.3 KV with Protection Relay, Control Monitoring TOSHIBA.
7. Initiate remedial actions to equipments and systems where required to ensure safe and correct operation.
8. Receives incoming work orders and work permit (Cold, Hot Primary & Secondary, Entry & Confined Spaces), discuss work required with head electrical & production supervisor for estimate and analyzes PTRA (Potential Task Risk Assessments).
