Professional Experience
I joined MOMENTUM ENGINEERING in 2006.At March 2006, I began to work as QC/Welding Inspector on the SASB Tripod Platforms Project for the West Black Sea, Turkey. For the past year, I have been working with a small group of highly qualified and highly experienced Quality inspectors and supervisors into harmony about many details like fitting , welding , WPS , WQT and documentations, working in accordance with Project, API 2B, AWS D1.1 & ANSI B31.3 codes. In August 2007, I began to work as QC/Welding Supervisor for ENI SNAMPROGETTI on SAMIR Upgrade Project at Mohammedia, Morocco. In this project , I got experiences about welding of alloy steels ( P 11 , P22 , P5 , P9 , P91 ) , stainless steels ( 304 , 316 , 321 , 347 ) , black-white joints , titanium and test controls like PWHT procedures , hardness control , PMI ( positive material test ) . In March 2010 , I began to work at TURK LOYDU as surveyor. My duty is checking the fabrication activities of spool production, which for Istanbul Galatasaray F.C. Seyrantepe Football Stadium steel roof construction, on behalf of the client. The project includes 5600 tones steel spool fabrication like cutting, fitting-up, welding and painting.
Eductation
I graduated in June 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Metallurgical and Material Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara which is known as the best technical university in Turkey and is accepting students from the top 1% of the Turkish National University Entrance Examinations among nearly one and a half million students.In June 2005, I received my WELDING ENGINEERING DIPLOMA from the European Welding Federation and INTERNATIONAL WELDING ENGINEERING DIPLOMA from the International Institute of Welding. In April 2007, I got TWI CSWIP 3.1 WELDING INSPECTOR CERTIFICATE. In October 2006, I achieved BGAS-TWI PAINTING INSPECTOR LEVEL 3. In February 2010, I got EN RADIOGRAPHIC INTERPRETATION CERTIFICATE
