Professional Experience
I have wide experience in the fields of Electrical design, Projects, Materials and Quality. I have around 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance in Oil & Gas industry. I have a combined experience of Quality Assurance in procurement like conducting Factory acceptance tests, reviewing Inspection test plans and also site construction activities.
In the Middle East, I have been working since 2000 in Quality control field and have handled quality control of procurement, electrical construction works and have been associated with multinationals like Bechtel, Technip, Occidental, etc. I have worked for Saudi Aramco, Petroleum Development of Oman and Bouruge Petroleum projects. In Qatar petroleum, I have worked in the off shore project of North field Alfa.
Presently I am working as QA Engineer (Electrical) with Petroleum Development of Oman in their Qarn Alam Steam Project through Velosi Oman. This job involves Quality Assurance in procurement of 90 MVA 132/33 KV Transformers, 6.6 KV motors, 33 KV GIS, 6.6 KV switch gears, UPS systems etc.
Besides I am also a Lead Assessor in Quality systems (IRCA - accredited) and have headed Quality Assurance department as Manager Quality Assurance and M.R. for Quality systems in India. I have good expertise in auditing vendors/ contractors, internal auditing, quality system procedures and documentation for ISO 9000.

1.GRADUATED IN BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING IN FIRST CLASS WITH DISTINCTION FROM OSMANIA UNIVERSITY, HYDERABAD, INDIA IN THE YEAR 1973 2. ATTENDED 12 WEEKS COURSE IN EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN ANDHRA PRADESH PRODUCTIVITY COUNCIL, HYDERABAD.
Certification
IRCA certified Lead Auditor course in ISO-9000 Quality systems ISO 9001:2008 Transition training course Post graduate course - 12 weeks, in Executive development in Productivity council, India. 6 months Training in Japan in Electrical controls for Machine Tools. HSE induction, STOP courses in Petroleum Development of Oman. Diploma in German and Russian languages.
