August 2008 – Up to date – Contract with “Coleman Services UK”, working for ”TOTAL Exploration & Production Russia”, Kharyaga Oilfield, Usinsk, Russia, Rotation 28/28 Position: Logistics Supervisor Functions: • Logistics support of Drilling, WorkOver, Completion and Construction operations with required materials and equipment. Make sure all materials arrive on site on time. • Management of Drilling warehouse, Production warehouse, Chemical warehouse in order to support WO/Drilling and Production activities, including inventory control. • Tracking of issues, receipts, inspections, material identification, storage, preservation, shipping, transfers of materials between storage locations and Rig sites (including drill bits, casing, casing accessories, completion equipment, wellhead equipment and X-mas trees). Discovering shortages and surplus. PO status tracking, scheduling.
August 2003 – July 2008 “Nabors Drilling International Limited”, Drilling contractor, VCNG project with TNK-BP in Irkutsk region, Russia Position: Materials Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor & Logistics Coordinator Functions: • Job involved, coordinating of materials all over the world for a drilling rig in Russia for a remote location in Eastern Siberia. Issuing Material requisitions for spare parts for a drilling rig, checking Purchase Orders for materials, made by the company Buyers, issuing parts for the Rig. • Has experience of working in purchasing / procurement for spare parts and equipment acquisition for Drilling Rigs. Have an experience with procurement in expediting and processing quotes, making purchase orders with International vendors, material requisitions. • Searching for proper suppliers, negotiating details, concluding contracts and agreements.
Eductation
1996 – 2001 Master’s Degree in Foreign Trade of Siberian State University, specialty "International Economics/Business/Logistics", BA 2001 – 2003 Post graduate studying. Have a Scientific degree in International Business & Logistics. 2005 – 2006 Petroleum Engineering Courses
