Worked as area engineer for Flare KO Drum, Instrument air Equipment, Modular Pipe rack and Stick Built racks. My responsibilities include design & development of piping layout, Piping modeling, Equipment modeling, according to modular concept, which includes, Steam Trap Piping Arrangement, Stress & Fabrication Isometric Extraction from PDS & Annotation. Design review of PDS 3D Models in Smart Plant Review (SPR), Pipe Support, Interface checking, Clash report, Support error report, Segment Data Report & Squad checks of structural & Mechanical Vendor drawings. Extraction off Piping GA using Orthogen.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Experiences in Basic Engineering, Isometric drawing, general arrangement drawing, layout and piping calculation. ? Isometrics, G.A and support drawings checking as per the project standard. ? MTO take off and checking. ? Prepare piping layout based on P&ID and Plot plan with accordance to piping codes and standards. ? Responsible for piping design around pump, heat exchanger, tank, and pipe rack. ? Responsible of sketch/input of piping layout, structure and equipment to PDS. ? Responsible of designing the pipe support and special pipe support needed. ? Equipment arrangement placement according codes and standards. Checking and updating of PI&D against the latest design change. ? Responsible of Document Control/Filing. ? Piping and Equipment Modeling of Big bore lines with the reference to Layouts and Routing Small Bore Lines in Model with reference to P&ID.
