Joined as GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) at TATA Power Mumbai on Nov 2007 Position : 1. Engineer ¡V Project Planning 2. Engineer- Site (Mechanical)
Project Planning - Developing Network Schedules, Engg. Coordination, Risk analysis. Cost Budgeting ¡V Preparing and monitoring Project cash flow/ Expenditure, Analyzing Cost and Schedule Variance and providing mitigation plan, Balance Score card and MIS report preparation, Earned Value Management, Review and Analysis of vendors Resource plan and deployment, Preparing DPR , Engineering and Material Follow up . Also carrying out the role of Process manager for Project Inspection & Quality control of EPM (Enterprise Process Model). A member of Internal Auditors.
Site Engineer - Erection and commissioning of HVAC, Ash Handling system, Steam Turbine ( 45 MW), Coal Mill , Ensure Du- Pont safety standards at Site as a Line manager, Ensure Quality specification as per approved drawing, Plan site activities according to L2 Schedule and make catch up plan in case delay. Load test of EOT Crane conducted in Tandem operation and Erected Generator 180T load safely. Extension of Coal Handling system and erection and commissioning of EOT Crane, under slung crane, Cooling Towers and Cooling water Pumps has been done. CSR Co-ordinator - Co-ordinated initial Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities in the land acquisition stage of 510 MW Maithon TPP
