Since March22nd 2004 till now : Working with noted Pre-cast manufacturer in M/S Juma Al Majid C.P.Plant, Dubai. Job Description: As Quality Control Inspector for the production of i) Paving Blocks. ii) Hollow Blocks iii) Hollow Core Slabs The organization has ISO 9001 recognition; hence the production is carried out as per ISO 9001:2000 Quality Procedures. Job responsibilities include Assisted the Quality Control Manager in the daily Scheduling of workload to ensure work is executed as per customer's requirements Ensured adherence to company's polices and standards Studying of the technical specs & drawings so as to carry out the work as per the requirement of the client/consultant. Inspection of Raw materials to be used as per the specs of the projects. Final inspection of the Hollow core slabs / pre-cast panels after demoulding is complete. Inspecting the delivery of pre-cast panels / Hollow core slabs to the site by cross checking it against the drawings and also inspecting casting process to maintain ISO requirement. Maintaining inspection & testing records as per the ISO procedures Conducting Internal and External Audits Implementing Quality Management Procedures
