I have been working in petroleum field since 1995. I worked in Romania, Libya, Tunisia, Greece, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Congo, Angola and Indonesia.
My medical certificate will be expired on the next October, I have a valid driving licence since 1990 and my passport will be expired in 2019.
Also I have vaccination booklet, including yellow fever vaccination since last October.
